We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team for Stampede. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing bar operations. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes
- Proficient in cash handling, cashiering, and operating POS systems.
- Excellent math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
