We’re a warm, collaborative small animal veterinary practice looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be a welcoming face and voice in our clinic. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure every client interaction is professional, compassionate, and tailored to meet both the client’s and patient’s needs—because we believe every visit should feel exceptional.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Managing and organizing the daily appointment schedule to support smooth clinic operations
- Answering phones, responding to emails/text messages, and assisting with appointment requests, prescription refills, and general inquiries
- Processing payments and handling client check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Going above and beyond to make each client experience outstanding—from the first call to check-out
- Communicating clearly and effectively with our veterinary team to coordinate care and relay important information
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks
- Elevating our CSR team and processes to ensure the best service possible.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, professional attitude and a true love for animals and their people
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Clear, confident communication skills—both verbal and written
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
- Minimum 1 year experience in a veterinary clinic setting is considered an asset.
