The Role
- Delegates work to employees
- Must be able to read, understand and apply information obtained from blueprints, surveys and job specifications.
- Conduct on-site safety orientation and maintain daily safety reports
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
- Achieving project schedule milestones
- Perform quality control duties
- Other duties as assigned, must have strong critical thinking, coordination, time management, listening, communication and reasoning skills
Who you are
You have a minimum 5 years of Site Superintendent experience
- Someone who likes challenges and a fast paced environment with advancement opportunities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Equipment operating and pipe installation experience preferred
- A valid BC driver's license
- Knowledge of MMCD contracts an asset
- The ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and to recognize problems when they occur and to work towards the solution of those problems
- Ability to exercise good judgement when carrying out duties and to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and the public

Pay Rate: Salary based on experience and knowledge

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
