We're expanding into roof rejuvenation services, making us the only company in the region offering both full roof replacement and rejuvenation. The person we hire will be trained on both sides of the business and will be part of building something from the ground up.
We prefer someone with hands-on roofing experience, but we're open to training the right individual. What matters most to us is the kind of person you are — not just the skills on your resume.
We pay well above the industry standard. Our labourers start a few dollars above what some companies are paying their experienced roofers. We expect above-average people in return.
