Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our commercial laundry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating flatwork ironers and folding linen according to contract specifications. This individual will ensure linens are processed efficiently, neatly, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate flatwork ironing machines to press sheets, tablecloths, and other flat linens.
- Manually fold or use automated folding machines to prepare linens for packaging.
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage before and after processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Assist with sorting and staging linens for ironing and folding.
- Package and label finished products for delivery or storage.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a commercial laundry or production environment is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50lbs regularly.
- Manual dexterity and stamina for operating machinery and folding linens.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
