Job Summary
The Contents Lead will report directly to the Contents Manager. Working alongside the Contents Manager, they bring expertise, drive, and opportunity to influence the culture and efficiency of the Contents Department. This role requires regular engagement with their team to foster efficiency, professional growth, and a positive employee experience. Most importantly, the Contents Lead is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Complete relevant courses such as the FSRT, WRT, Trauma, CPT, HCT, and Basic First Aid
· Provide the Contents Manager with feedback and other relevant information about the team or what is happening in the field
· Assist team members through on-the-job training
· Provide feedback regarding the on-site performance of team members to the Contents Manager
· Perform, delegate, and manage all necessary tasks for the job sites
· Ensure a high standard for quality of work is routinely being met
· Communicate with sub-trades, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner
· Provide the Contents Manager feedback that will assist in the development of systems and procedures to improve the departmental efficiency
· Ensure information from the job reaches the right audience
· Excel at all aspects of Restorify (picture taking, DARs, notes, etc.)
· Be competent with Encircle
· Maintain the safety of workers and contents on job sites
· Follow deadlines and complete jobs in a timely fashion
· Accountable for the success of job completion assigned to you
Job Requirements
· 2 – 5 years of experience in the Restoration industry is preferred
· Exposure to the Contents Department is preferred
· Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling a minimum of 30 lbs.
· Class 5 driver’s license
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution abilities
· Great time management and organizational abilities
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to motivate, encourage and build teams
· Demonstrate support for innovation, and departmental change
· Possess leadership qualities and willing to further develop leadership competencies
· Participate in the On-Call rotation
· Demonstrate the sharing of the core values of the company and Contents Department
Compensation
· Wage: $25 - $28 per hour (based on experience)
· Benefits: Extended health plan, including medical, dental, long-term disability (LTD) and life insurance. Benefits will be provided to employees upon completing a three (3) month probationary period.
