Responsibilities:
- Building and HVAC system audits;
- Energy analysis & savings calculations;
- Energy measure evaluation and development;
- Contractor coordination;
- Building energy simulation;
- Design and specification of building HVAC replacement and retrofits;
- Building Automation Control System Design and Commissioning;
- Report writing;
- Documentation preparation and review;
- Client meeting and presentations;
- Cost estimating;
- Reporting to direct supervisor/project lead; and
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years’ of mechanical engineer experience
- Experience related to HVAC, controls, and electrical systems design.
- Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical data, spreadsheet, and presentation communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT
- MS Office proficiency required with advanced Excel and Word experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely, cost-effective manner.
