Conley's is a family-friendly driving range & mini putt located in Richmond, Ontario. We're committed to providing a welcoming, well-run experience for golfers of all skill levels - from first-timers to regulars. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to support our clubhouse operation.
About the Role
As our Groundskeeper & Ball Collection team member, you'll be the reason the range looks and feels great before a single guest walks through the gate. This is a hands-on, independent role that starts early and makes a real difference - a well-kept range is the foundation of the Conley's experience.
Responsibilities
Range Grounds
- Cut and maintain the grass across the range and surrounding grounds
- Ensure the range surface is clean, safe, and visually presentable before opening
- Identify and flag any hazards or maintenance issues for the team
Ball Collection
- Collect golf balls from the range each morning using ball pick equipment
- Ensure balls are returned, cleaned, and ready for the day's guests
- Keep the range area tidy and organized before doors open
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual - this role runs on a very early schedule and the team counts on you
- Comfortable working independently outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Takes initiative and has an eye for detail
- Experience with lawn equipment is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person
- Valid driver's licence an asset (for range equipment operation)
- Available 4-5 mornings per week, starting around 6am

- Seasonal position with consistent morning shifts
- Primarily outdoor, physical work
- A small, tight-knit team environment
- Shifts typically wrap up before the range opens to guests
