The Role:
You'll be the operational backbone of the CEO's day — owning the calendar, managing communications, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives on staying two steps ahead and takes pride in running a tight ship.
What You'll Do:
- Calendar management — own scheduling end to end, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and protecting focus time
- Inbox management — triage, draft responses, and ensure the CEO's attention goes where it matters most
- Meeting support — prepare agendas, take clear and actionable notes, and track follow-ups to completion
- Day-to-day support — handle travel booking, expenses, prep for key meetings, and ad hoc projects as they arise
- Cross-functional coordination — act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, investors, and external partners
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail — you don't let things slip
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can draft a crisp email or take a clear set of notes without being asked twice
- High EQ and discretion — you handle sensitive information and relationships with care
- Proactive by nature — you anticipate needs rather than waiting to be told
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar tools; experience with Notion or project management tools a plus
