The duration of this position is from mid-April to September 2026, with the potential to extend into fall months, October to November.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Register skydiving students - Front line customer service - Sales of gift certificates and merchandise - Welcoming and seating customers for their tandem training video - Reviewing registration waivers, inputting them into the computer, and taking payments from customers - Gearing and de-gearing tandem students before and after their jump - Answering customer emails, phone calls, taking reservations - Enhancing customers experience onsite - Full training on industry specific software will be provided - Full training on skydiving information will be provided as needed - Retrieving parachutes from the landing area
Individual Positions: As your strengths are recognized, you may be chosen for one of the positions below:
Video Sales and Gear Up – harness and give orientation to customers, troubleshoot and fix media package issues, assist in customers finding their delivered videos, and send raw footage
Manifester – the heart of operations, dispatch customers and airplane loads, manage tasks to keep the daily operations running smoothly
Internal Sales Lead – chase and follow-up with missed enquiries/phone calls, and large groups
General Site Cleaning - Daily maintenance of the facility including cleaning washrooms, dusting work areas, sweeping and mopping floors, picking up garbage, etc. Assisting Management Assisting management with various projects Transcribing from the Operations Manager Assisting the promotions coordinator with various projects Other duties as required

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Registration:
- Welcoming and seating tandem customers for training
- Register skydiving students and manage reservations.
- Provide front-line customer service, answering calls and emails.
- Sell gift certificates, merchandise, and assist with tandem training video bookings.
- Review waivers, input information into our system, and process payments.
- Gearing and de-gearing tandem students before and after their jumps.
- Retrieve parachutes from the landing area

- Manifester: Dispatch customers for skydiving loads and ensure operational flow.

Site Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain the facility, including washrooms, work areas, and public spaces.
- Sweeping, dusting, mopping, picking up garbage, etc.
- Clean planes and company vehicles; inside and out.
Assisting Management:
Help with various projects, including transcription, promotions, and more
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Proficiency in English (Additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Physical endurance to assist with harnessing tandem students
- Self-motivated, focused, and a team player
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, typing)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Bonus Skills/Attributes:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Positive, empathetic attitude toward customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and assess priorities effectively
Work Environment:
- Location: Skydive Toronto, Cookstown Aerodrome, Ontario (Rural location – no public transportation available)
- Physical demands: Must be comfortable with physically active tasks and working outdoors
Compensation:
- $18 per hour + commission
