Overview

Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene compliance
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance culinary offerings
- Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Serve as a key point of contact for restaurant management and staff coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and handling procedures
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team
- Demonstrated expertise in restaurant management or kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices
