We are looking for an enthusiastic and attentive Receptionist who will welcome our staff, clients and visitors every day with a smile and genuine desire to help. In return, you will work with a company that values everything you do, and who know how to say “thank you”.
This position is based in the Toronto area, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Greeting our visitors and attending to their initial enquiries.
- Organising stationery orders.
- Placing grocery orders.
- Arranging refreshments for meetings if required
- Collecting and distributing mail.
- Posting mail and banking as required.
- Filing as required.
- Assisting staff members with general requests.
- Updating “in and out of office” register
- Assisting with key allocations and distributions.
- Tidying up our reception area, conference rooms and display suite at the end of each day.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service attributes that include a professional image, customer service focus, and active listening skills.
- Proficient Computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Enjoyment working with people.
- Experience using a modern phone system.
- Clear and fluent use of the English language, both spoken and written.
- An eagerness to learn and develop their skills.
- Dependable transport.
