Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will establish our maintenance programs to ensure the achievement of project and production goals in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

Coordinate the Maintenance Department for operations on site, including the Planning department, Mobile, Fixed Plant, and Electrical teams;

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness, including Availability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair);

Coach and mentor subordinates in regard to work management, employee relations, safety, environmental considerations, productivity, and cost;

Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
No pay range is disclosed, as the compensation range exceeds $200,000.
