Bilingual Health Information Associates in the
Legal Services Sector.
As a Health Information Associate, you will play a key role in reviewing and managing medical records in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. This position supports healthcare and medical records review operations, requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism. Ideal for bilingual professionals with experience in healthcare, public health, or insurance, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to accurate, confidential, and high-quality information management.
A typical day:-
Review and analyze medical records with accuracy and attention to detail

Prepare clear reports, summaries, and supporting documentation

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive health information

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Organize and manage records while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Successful candidates will have:-
Demonstrate full bilingual fluency in French and English
-
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Bring a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, public health, insurance, or medical records review

Apply strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment using Microsoft Office tools
