HIRING – TRAFFIC CONTROL & LANE TECHNICIANS

Highroad Excavating is currently looking for motivated and dependable Traffic Control Personnel and Lane Technicians to join our growing team working throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in fast-paced construction environments.
Positions Available
- Traffic Control Persons (TCP)
- Lane Technicians
Requirements
- Valid TCP certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Construction or roadwork experience considered an asset
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends if required
Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining traffic control zones
- Installing and removing signage and traffic control devices
- Safely directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic
- Assisting crews with lane closures and site safety
- Performing daily inspections of traffic control equipment and vehicles
- Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude onsite
