Job Summary
Yardworx is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service excellence with sales responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, generating and converting leads, supporting office operations, and helping achieve company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide positive, professional, and outgoing communication with customers and team members.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally, handling 50+ calls per day when required.
- Reply to all emails, voicemails, web leads, and customer inquiries before the end of each workday.
- Maintain open and effective communication with all team members.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Sales & Lead Management
- Study and maintain a strong understanding of company services, procedures, terms, and customer benefits.
- Confidently present and sell services to residential and commercial clients.
- Perform daily cold and warm calling activities, with a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day.
- Identify opportunities to sell, cross-sell, and upsell services during customer interactions.
- Independently manage and follow up on leads entered into the company system.
- Create and maintain new leads, seasonal renewals, and site maps.
- Maintain focus on sales targets and actively contribute ideas to increase sales and improve marketing efforts.
Administrative & Data Management
- Perform accurate and timely data entry while ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct daily reviews of entered information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized email inboxes, customer records, calls, and lead databases.
- Assist in identifying training opportunities and communicate concerns regarding data accuracy to management.
Team Support & Office Operations
- Support shared email inbox management by processing incoming communications, distributing tasks, and filing completed items.
- Meet project deadlines and take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate initiative by knowing when to seek assistance and when to support fellow team members.
- Adapt positively to changes in company policies, procedures, services, and business needs.
- Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Experience with lead generation, sales, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, email management, and data entry software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered a strong asset.

Schedule & Additional Expectations
- Full-time position.
- Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required during month-end processing, seasonal transitions, or to support special projects and operational needs.
- Additional duties and projects may be assigned based on business needs.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
