Part-Time | Permanent | Evening & Early Morning Shifts
Pay
$17.60 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and role
- Paid mileage/gas allowance for multi-site routes
- Opportunities for more hours as we grow
Location & Schedule
Positions available across Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding GTA areas. Most shifts are evenings (after business hours) or early mornings, Monday–Friday, with some weekend availability preferred. Typical part-time schedules run 15–25 hrs/week, flexible around school, a second job, or other commitments.
What You'll Do
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, common areas, and washrooms
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, break rooms, and restrooms
- Empty and dispose of garbage and recycling
- Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.) as needed
- Spot-clean windows, glass doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to your supervisor
- Note: specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the job site and client requirements
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — able to complete assigned shifts consistently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and move for the duration of a shift
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling/communication
- Minimum 6 months of prior professional cleaning experience required
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license preferred for roles covering multiple sites (mileage/gas compensation provided); not required for single-site placements — this will be specified per posting
- Willingness to complete a basic background check
