Position Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Worker to assist with maintaining commercial and strata landscapes across Kelowna and surrounding areas. This role involves working outdoors with a team performing regular landscape maintenance tasks to keep properties looking clean, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
- Hedge and shrub pruning
- Weed control and garden bed maintenance
- Leaf cleanup and seasonal property cleanups
- Operating landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers)
- Maintaining clean and safe worksites
- Assisting with spring and fall cleanup projects
- Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns to the crew lead
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (approx.)
- Occasional overtime during peak season
