We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Subprime Finance Manager.
Direct subprime finance experience is an asset, but it is not required for the right person. We are open to speaking with candidates who have experience in automotive sales, finance, customer service, or strong sales experience from another industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in automotive finance, learn the subprime side of the business, and build a strong career with the right support, inventory, systems, and access to lenders.
We are also open to experienced Subprime Finance Managers who may already be working in the field but are looking for more support, more lender options, better processes, and a stronger opportunity to succeed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Automotive sales experience is an asset
- Subprime finance experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work with customers from different credit situations
- Willingness to learn finance, approvals, lender programs, and deal structure
- A motivated, positive, and professional attitude
- Someone who is organized and able to follow processes
- Experience with DealerTrack is an asset
- Valid VSA license is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers looking for vehicle financing
- Assist customers with credit applications and approvals
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication
- Work with lenders to help structure approvals
- Help customers choose suitable vehicles based on their approval and budget
- Work with the sales and finance team to complete deals properly
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service

The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry, coachable, reliable, and motivated to succeed. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you must be willing to learn, follow the process, and put in the effort.
