We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead assigned projects through the full project lifecycle - from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closeout. Working closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, technical teams, field teams, and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, risk, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with T&T Power Group standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers, stakeholder registers, and project communication plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure project activities are completed according to approved schedules and requirements.
- Provide clear direction to project coordinators, technical resources, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary project point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, internal coordination meetings, client updates, and closeout reviews.
- Manage expectations, confirm requirements, communicate risks or changes, and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, meeting minutes, decision logs, and client-facing communications as required.
Schedule, Cost & Scope Control
- Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical activities.
- Track project costs, commitments, change requests, extras, credits, and budget impacts in coordination with Finance and Operations.
- Monitor scope against approved requirements and ensure changes are documented, reviewed, approved, and communicated before implementation.
- Identify schedule or budget risks early and escalate issues with recommended mitigation options.
Procurement, Vendors & Subcontractors
- Coordinate procurement requirements, vendor deliverables, subcontractor activities, material availability, and delivery timelines.
- Review supplier and subcontractor documentation, insurance, compliance records, and project-specific requirements.
- Support contract coordination, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, logistics, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking as required.
- Ensure procurement and subcontractor activities align with project schedules, quality requirements, and budget expectations.
Risk, Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Identify, assess, track, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
- Support quality planning, inspections, deficiencies, corrective actions, testing documentation, and client acceptance requirements.
- Coordinate with Health & Safety and field leadership to support compliance with applicable safety requirements and company expectations.
- Ensure required project documentation is maintained, reviewed, and archived according to company standards and project requirements.
Project Reporting & Governance
- Prepare project status reports, dashboard updates, progress summaries, financial updates, and escalation notes as required.
- Maintain organized project records, including project charters, plans, schedules, correspondence, RFIs, change logs, safety documentation, deficiencies, and closeout materials.
- Support project reviews, governance checkpoints, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project information is accurate, current, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders.
Project Closeout
- Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, deficiency tracking, client acceptance, handover documentation, and archive completion.
- Coordinate manuals, warranties, testing records, commissioning records, as-built documentation, and project closeout packages.
- Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future project delivery.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Diploma or degree in Project Management, Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, CAPM, Gold Seal, or related project management certification is considered an asset.
- Relevant technical, electrical, power generation, industrial, construction, or controls experience is considered an asset.

Experience
- 5+ years of project management, project coordination, construction management, industrial project delivery, or related experience.
- Experience managing projects involving clients, vendors, subcontractors, technical teams, procurement, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
- Experience in power generation, electrical infrastructure, switchgear, controls, construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or related industries is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with project management, scheduling, ERP, CRM, or document control tools is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret project documentation, drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements.

- Site visits, vendor visits, client meetings, and occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects, urgent client requests, schedule changes, and cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
