We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Frontline Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality food, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items following company recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
