Job Purpose:
- Provide customers with exceptional Landscape & Outdoor living services enhancing homes.
- Provide excellent customer service as a on site foreman
- Run a project and crew efficiently communicating clearly and well
Job Duties:
- Job duties include: complete assigned Landscape/Hardscape jobs efficiently, report job progress and details, customer service ("customer wowing")
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient hardscape and softscape skills
- Proficient tree and shrub planting
- Proficient at building patios, retaining walls & other stonework
- Proficient at deck, fence and pergola installation
- Proficient at heavy equipment operation
- A Sincere desire to “WOW” people
- Motivated
- Goal-Orientated
- Detailed
- Be coachable
- A self-starter
- Have a great attitude and a desire to learn
- Must have your own tools to cover most job types and a working vehicle
