Duties
- Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Present product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers, tailoring pitches to meet their needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the relevant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and overcoming challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus
