Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced food service, retail and tickeiing environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in food industry or retail settings is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our team.
You will work, you will have to be able to move, lift, stand on your feet for long periods of times and hustle to achieve the desired results we expect.
You'll need good shoes and the abilty to stay off your phone whlie you are an active member of our new hospitality team.
You will need to have your own reliable transportation as this is off the bus route, located at 64099 Prairie Dog Trail, just outside Winnipeg in Rosser, MB.

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and friendliness.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and Cashiering tools.
- Handle food and beverage service, including serving food safely and efficiently
- Manage cash handling transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas.
- Assist with food preparation and basic food handling tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while managing multiple tables or stations
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Set up retail display, stock and merchandise as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially with POS systems like Micros POS
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
- Experience with serving, cashiering, and food industry or retail operations is advantageous but not required for motivated learners
