Job Overview
We are an oilfield chemical manufacturing company, seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tasks accurately and efficiently while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable in the lab setting, learns quickly, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and instructions.
- Perform laboratory tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, documentation, and data.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
- Use computer systems and laboratory-related software effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
- Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Follow all applicable workplace, laboratory, health, and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members while also being comfortable working independently.
- Adapt to changing procedures, priorities, and work requirements.
- Learn new procedures and processes quickly.
Requirements
