Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. located at 65 Disco Road, Etobicoke, ON is looking to fill a position in the role of an Estimator/Account Manager.

Responsibilities
- Attending tender site meetings as well as working directly with building owners.
- Providing fast accurate pricing for all roofing projects noted above.
- Assembling detailed quotations and budget presentation reports.
- Communicating with clients, consultants, engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects.
- Develop new client relationships while maintaining our current client base.
Requirements
- High school diploma a must. College degree an asset
- 3-5 years construction estimating experience required; roofing experience a plus
- Proven experience in estimating within the construction or roofing industry.
- Sales Orientated
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in project estimation.
- Ability to read and comprehend bid specifications and contract documents accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
