Sales Executive – B2B SalesJob Overview
Aventyr Security Corp. is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about business development, relationship building, and closing deals.
The primary focus of this position is B2B outbound sales and cold calling, with daily activity expectations ranging from 120–150 outbound calls per day. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with businesses across multiple industries while contributing directly to the company’s growth and revenue objectives. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish proficiency is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including 120–150 cold calls daily
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings as required
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored business solutions
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines, track sales activities, and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support lead-generation initiatives and sales campaigns
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and business meetings
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up communication throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, inside sales, or business development
- Strong background in cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making 120–150 outbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
