About the Opportunity
In this role, you will support the development of analytical reports, proposals, reviews, and client-facing materials. You will help ensure that the information we provide is accurate, consistent, insightful, and easy for clients to understand.
What You’ll Do
- Request, run, review, and organize insurer reports and data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare analyses for group benefits renewals, plan design reviews and insurer proposals.
- Summarize data, findings, and recommendations in clear, polished, client-ready formats.
- Support the creation and editing of proposals, reviews, reports, and presentations.
- Edit and proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with JRP standards.
- Manage deadlines by establishing priorities and timelines for information gathering, writing, review, and approval steps.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to performing with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working with data, analysis, and detailed documents.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and resourceful when problem solving.
- Desire and eagerness to learn, takes direction well.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, take pride in your work, and have a drive to succeed.
Educational Requirements:
Post-secondary education with a focus in Business/Commerce preferred

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to work remotely but must be located in the Winnipeg, MB area.
