Xceed Machine Works Inc., is a leading distributor and service provider for ROOTS Blowers, Gear Drives, Process Pumps and packaged systems for industrial, mobile and municipal applications in Western Canada. We are currently looking for entry level disassembly & assembly technicians to work in our Chilliwack repair facility. This is a challenging opportunity to work with and learn from knowledgeable and experienced team of trades technicians. This position will offer career growth potential to the right candidate from an entry level parts cleaner to a certified rotating equipment repair technician.
Brief description below;
- Operate crane and forklift while moving jobs in the shop.
- Cleaning component parts as needed.
- Use numerous different hand tools to clean blower & pump assemblies.
- Paint blowers after testing.
- Package blowers and necessary equipment on pallet, tag and wrap for shipment.
- Work as a functional part of a trades team, assisting others or being assisted by others to complete a variety of mechanical tasks.
- Involves lifting of heavy Items while working with equipment.
- Perform other tasks as required within your skill set.

- A background of having worked on a wide variety of rotating equipment with PD blower experience is preferred.
This position will be of interest to individuals who have a strong mechanical aptitude and are looking to further themselves as an industrial mechanic (millwright).
