We are currently looking for motivated, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team in both part-time and full-time roles, with opportunities for growth into leadership positions at our Polo Park Location.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Help customers find the perfect piece for their style, occasion, and budget
- Deliver a high-level, personalized shopping experience
- Process sales and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Receive and process incoming repairs (jewellery, watches, clocks)
- Answer phone calls and contact customers for pickups
- Follow store procedures and assist with opening/closing duties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales or retail experience (required)
- Availability for part-time or full-time (including weekends)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and connect with customers
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/POS skills
