Job Overview
We’re looking for a part time/casual bridal consultant to join our boutique! This job will require weekend availability and be fully appointment based. Duties
Conduct bridal appointments at the boutique, which includes:
- Leading each appointment as an expert on brands, gowns, designers, accessories and styling
- Listening and assisting each bride in finding gowns they love
- Helping brides to try on gowns and provide recommendations based on your knowledge
- Accurately measuring and sizing clients
- Keeping appointments on time
- Bringing a vibrant and comfortable energy to each appointment while reflecting the Stolen Hearts Bridal brand and experience
- General Shop Duties that include upkeep of the store, answering phones, quality controlling gowns and steaming.
- Communication with designers and brides.
- Scheduling appointments and follow ups for bridal and alterations.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- The job will be in person at our Waterdown Location and the candidate must live locally and have access to a vehicle.
- HOURS: This job will be 3 days a week (appointment based). Must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
- Sales and customer service experience required, bonus points if you have worked in bridal before.
- A passion for fashion. You aren’t just conducting appointments but using your styling knowledge to help brides.
- Candidate must be organized, reliable, have an eye for detail and be good at problem solving. This job requires thinking on your feet and communicating positively with brides and guests.
- Strong understanding of POS systems.
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team. This role does have promise of growth with the company.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
