Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to various building projects. This role involves drywall, flooring, painting, carpentry, and cleaning. You may also be assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and supporting the overall construction process. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Person drywall, mudding, taping, flooring, painting, carpentry, and cleaning.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety
- Support site supervisors with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met
Requirements
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of tools is preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety standards
