Brazilian Canadian Coffee Co. is looking for a friendly and reliable Café Team Member to join our growing team. This role involves preparing quality beverages, assisting customers, maintaining a clean café environment, and supporting daily operations. We welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Keep the café, dining area, and equipment clean and organized.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist teammates with daily café operations and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous café, barista, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
