Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: Starting at $18.50 to $28.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Benefits: Dental, group insurance, life insurance (as per collective agreement)

Who We’re Looking For
Dynamic Door & Window is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing doors and windows while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
- Apply paint, stain, primer, and finishing materials using spray equipment
- Finish doors and windows to company quality standards
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous painting experience required
- Experience in door and window finishing using spray paint equipment is required
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
