The Role
We're hiring an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems. This role is hands-on and suited to someone with 3-5 years of experience who is comfortable troubleshooting equipment and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (e.g., furnaces, A/C, boilers, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Read and work from schematics/technical drawings
- Keep accurate records of work and materials
- Follow safety procedures on all job sites
- Occasionally work with other trades to deliver full service on larger jobs
Skills
- Gas 2 or 3 license (essential)
- 3-5 years of HVAC experience (including tools and equipment proficiency)
- Familiarity with construction
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma
- Willing to work 35-40 hours per week on average
