Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share.

- Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage end-to-end project management activities related to new initiatives and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track prospects, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for executive leadership regarding market trends, opportunities, and progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a successful track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is highly desirable.

Pay: $61,765.22-$145,472.19 per year
