We're looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Finance Manager who can maximize profitability while ensuring every client receives transparent, professional service.
Position Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting protection products, securing lender approvals, maintaining compliance, and ensuring every customer leaves confident in their purchase.
This is a high-volume position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build value while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange financing and leasing options for customers through multiple lending institutions.
- Present and sell protection products including extended warranties, GAP, tire and rim, appearance protection, and other F&I products.
- Submit, structure, and negotiate deals with banks and lenders to obtain approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
- Ensure all finance documentation is completed accurately and complies with lender, FCAA, and dealership requirements.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to structure deals and maximize delivery opportunities.
- Review credit applications and identify financing solutions for all credit situations.
- Maintain high product penetration and finance profitability targets.
- Follow up with customers and lenders to ensure a smooth funding process.
- Resolve funding issues, stipulations, and lender requirements promptly.
- Deliver a professional and transparent finance experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with training sales staff on finance products, compliance, and deal structure.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive finance experience preferred.
- Sales, banking, lending, or financial services experience considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of credit, lending, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with dealer management systems and lender portals is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

Pay: $60,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
