Kowarsky & Company is a downtown boutique law firm with a robust and wide-ranging litigation practice that includes work on behalf of institutional clients in creditors' remedies, non-ICBC personal injury litigation, and quasi-criminal matters; commercial litigation; and family law.
Job Summary
We are looking for an associate with at least three years of experience in civil litigation, and trial experience in the Supreme Court of BC. This role will involve work on behalf of institutional clients in creditors' remedies, non-ICBC personal injury litigation, and quasi-criminal matters; commercial litigation; and family law.
Candidate Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Have a law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Have a warm and friendly personality, and the ability to work in a team-based environment and professionally under pressure.
- Have strong attention to detail and solid work ethics.
Compensation: Starting from $100,000 per year commensurate with experience; we are open to discussing a fee-splitting arrangement.
