Skilled Hardscape Installer – Stone Cutting & Grading Specialist

We're Hiring
We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer with excellent stone cutting and grading skills. This is not an entry-level position. You must be confident working independently and producing clean, precise work.
Responsibilities
- Expertly cut natural stone, porcelain, and concrete pavers.
- Grade and prepare bases to ensure proper drainage and long-lasting installations.
- Install interlock, patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls.
- Read string lines, elevations, and site layouts.
- Operate compactors, cut-off saws, plate compactors, laser levels, and other hardscape equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hardscape installation experience.
- Strong experience with stone cutting and grading.
- Ability to produce accurate grades and smooth finishes.
- Experience using laser levels and grading equipment.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work well with a team.
