Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of change. The successful candidate will partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement change strategies that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.

Conduct stakeholder, impact, and organizational readiness assessments.

Support executive sponsors and leadership through communications, coaching, and governance activities.

Create change plans, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, presentations, dashboards, and readiness materials.

Identify change risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Coordinate change activities across multiple business units.

Monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 7 years of organizational change management experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives.

Experience working with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Experience supporting large-scale business, digital, HR, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Experience within financial services, public sector, government, or other large enterprise environments.
