Job Summary
Gym Curators is creating a high-energy, motivated sales network. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Independent Territory Sales Leader to drive design and equipment sales relating to the fitness industry within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong self-direction, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to build and grow their own sales process and client base.
This is an Independent Contractor opportunity for self starters that are looking to create and manage a selling network.
Responsibilities
- Sales: Build, manage, and grow your own book of business within your assigned territory.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with gym owners, fitness directors, and developers.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial accounts and key national partners.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and Monitor KPIs through CRM systems and provide regular sales tracking, forecasts, and overall metrics to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of independent or field sales experience, ideally within the fitness or durable goods industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fitness equipment attributes (cardio, strength, e-mobility) and the ability to demonstrate their use.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, self-motivation, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for high-stakes B2B sales.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Meta) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Above all: a passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.
