We are seeking individuals interested in the role of Shuttle Driver at Overseas Motors BMW. Under the direction of the Service Manager and management, the Shuttle Driver will primarily be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and return of customers and/or vehicles. The Shuttle Driver is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle and ensuring positive customer experiences.
Experience is not necessary. Training would be provided as we would love to invest in the right candidate.

Job Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract and driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is considered an asset
Job Requirements:
- Use good judgement and safe driving skills when driving vehicles and shuttling customers
- Meet with management to map out the most efficient routes to meet customer needs and requested pick-up and return times
- Continuously communicate with management to ensure timely pick-ups and returns, and coordinate/resolve any schedule disruptions or delays
- Communicate to management any customer concerns, complaints or service disruptions so they may be addressed immediately
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, interior and exterior, and ensure it is filled nightly with fuel or as required
- Other tasks as assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
- Comply and adhere to all company policies and procedures, safe driving practices, and training assignments
- Ensure all time off requests and work schedule changes are discussed and approved by management
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the company Dress Code Policy
