We’re looking for someone passionate about client relationships to support new users through their first steps with Dreeven and guide them in their ongoing adoption of the software over time.
The Account Manager – Onboarding & Customer Success plays a key role in welcoming and onboarding clients, from the kick-off meeting to the full deployment of the software.
They ensure fast and sustainable adoption, lead engaging training sessions, and create a positive client experience that fosters long-term trusted relationships.
What we’re looking for-
3 to 5 years of experience in account management, software implementation, or project management;

Strong communication, training, and simplification skills (in both French and English);

Ability to understand client needs and propose simple, effective solutions;

Organized, autonomous, and collaborative mindset;

Comfortable working with different stakeholders: field teams, office teams, and leadership;

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
