Position Overview
A growing residential development company is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing, branding, digital marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will help drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the successful launch and sale of our residential communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate and community marketing initiatives.
- Oversee branding, advertising, websites, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate sales centre materials, brochures, signage, and marketing collateral.
- Plan project launches, broker events, community events, and PR initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, designers, photographers, and digital partners.
- Create marketing content and customer communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and marketing analytics.
- Support executive communications and industry award submissions.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in residential development, homebuilding, real estate, or construction.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong digital marketing, branding, project management, and communication skills
Pay: $48,141.99-$109,324.36 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- residential , homebuilding, real estate/ construction: 3 years (required)
