The Role We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Sales Representative to join our Vaughan team. You will be the face of our partner brands at promotional events and retail activations, connecting with customers, presenting products and services, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. This is a hands-on, people-facing role for someone looking to build a real foundation in customer service and sales.
What You'll Do
- Represent partner brands at promotional events and retail activations in the Vaughan area
- Initiate conversations with customers and identify their needs
- Present products and services in an engaging and informative manner
- Address customer questions and guide them toward confident purchase decisions
- Support customers from first contact through to enrolment or purchase
- Maintain accurate records of daily customer interactions and activity
- Stay current on product knowledge, active promotions, and campaign objectives
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to continue developing your skills
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Professional, friendly demeanour with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working in event-based and retail environments
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage your time effectively in busy settings
- Available for full-time hours with flexibility across weekdays and Saturdays
- A background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required
