Job Summary
As a Key Holder at Evry Jewels, you will play a critical role in supporting store leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, deliver unforgettable customer experiences and build authentic, genuine relationships.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales while taking on additional responsibilities such as opening/closing the store and supporting team supervision. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales targets
- Model exceptional customer service standards and effectively handle customer concerns or conflicts
- Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience, including styling and product recommendations
- Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily store operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash management procedures
- Support operational and maintenance duties to ensure the store is well-presented and running efficiently
- Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- A strong sense of style! As a Key Holder, you represent the brand and must have a solid understanding of the Evry Jewels aesthetic. We want you to inspire both your team and our customers.
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
