The ideal candidate will provide skincare and headspa/ massage treatments, body waxing, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for our guests. This role involves delivering personalized consultations and maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest service. A strong focus on customer service, communication skills, and retail sales is essential to foster client loyalty and enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, headspa massage attention to detail and safety standards.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and new treatments to encourage continued engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services.
Experience
