Back Framer / Residential Framing Carpenter
Bogdanovic Construction Inc. – Kincardine, Ontario (and surrounding areas)
Bogdanovic Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Back Framer to join our growing residential construction team. We specialize in high-quality custom homes and residential developments throughout Bruce County and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Build and install interior walls, bulkheads, temporary stairs, and backing.
- Strap porch ceilings
- Frame architectural details.
- Setting exterior windows in rough openings as required.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
- Other jobs as needed (insulation, vapour barrier, concrete formings, etc).
- Work efficiently with site supervisors and other trades.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous residential framing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings preferred.
- Working at Heights qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of framing methods and building practices preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kincardine, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- back framing: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
