Metro Jet Wash Corporation is a leading provider of waste and recycling equipment service throughout Ontario. We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our growing Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair compactors, balers, pressure washers , scrubbers, catch basin covers, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls.
- Complete basic PLC troubleshooting and equipment programming.
- Perform light welding and fabrication as required.
- Read and complete digital work orders and service reports.
- Prepare repair recommendations and communicate with customers.
- Assist with estimating jobs and ordering parts.
- Lead service projects and provide guidance to other technicians when required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing waste, industrial or heavy equipment.
- Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid G Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and digital work order systems.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
