We are currently seeking motivated Apprentice Electricians to join our growing team. Our projects are primarily located outside of Winnipeg and the surrounding areas, providing consistent work, long days, and excellent earning potential through regular overtime.

Compensation & Schedule

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of electrical equipment, devices, conduit, and wiring systems in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and all applicable safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications under the guidance of Journeyman Electricians.
- Pull wire, install conduit, terminate equipment, and assist with electrical rough-ins and finishing work.
- Maintain strong communication with supervisors, Journeymen, and fellow team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and assist with resolving electrical issues in the field.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Registered Apprentice Electrician
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours on out-of-town projects
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
